Who should take this course?

A student who wants to take this course is recommended to accomplish ONE of the followings:

  • Scored 500+ points in a USACO Bronze contest and comfortable with CC25A course topics
  • Successfully completed  CC25A: USACO Bronze - A course

Content

This course is composed of 12 classes as follows:

  • Class 1,2,3,4: Searching (Range searching, Inverse indexing, Binary search, Lower bound, Upper bound)
  • Class 5: Number Systems
  • Class 6: Midterm Exam
  • Class 7: Bits and boolean operators
  • Class 8: Simulation problem set
  • Class 9: Mixed problem set
  • Class 10,11: Hard implementation problems
  • Class 12: Final Exam

These classes include solving / discussing several lecture exercises and 30+ medium / hard former USACO Bronze problems.

Next Course

The next course is CC31A: USACO Silver Basic - A.

It is recommended to complete at least 50% of the course (certificate of succesful completion) before taking the next one.
